Terms of Service
OVERVIEW
This website, www.crealityofficial.co.uk, is operated by Comgrow 3D Technology Co., Limited, a reseller of Creality products serving customers in the United Kingdom.
Throughout this website and these Terms of Service, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Comgrow 3D Technology Co., Limited.
We provide this website, including all information, tools, products and services available through it, subject to your acceptance of these Terms of Service and any other policies or notices referenced herein.
Creality and related trademarks, logos and product names are the property of their respective rights holders. References to Creality on this website relate to the Creality brand and products sold by us as a reseller.
Comgrow 3D Technology Co., Limited and the Creality brand owner or manufacturer are separate legal entities.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing products from us, you use our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any additional policies or conditions referenced herein.
Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or purchase products through it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available on this page.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
You may not use our products, website or Services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
You must not use the Site in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations, including intellectual property, consumer protection or data protection laws.
You must not introduce viruses, malicious software or other harmful code or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
A material breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access to our Services.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict access or cancel transactions where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, illegal activity, pricing errors or breaches of these Terms.
Information transmitted through the Site may pass through different networks and may be technically adapted to meet the requirements of connecting networks or devices.
Payment information is processed through secure payment providers.
You may not reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Site or Service without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
The headings used in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on this Site is accurate and up to date.
However, product specifications, images, descriptions, compatibility information, stock availability and delivery estimates may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.
Where we identify a material error affecting an order, we will contact you and provide appropriate options.
Historical information may be provided for reference purposes and may no longer reflect current products, prices or policies.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights.
SECTION 4 - PRICES
Prices displayed on the Site may change without prior notice.
Price changes will not normally affect orders already accepted by us, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where otherwise permitted by law.
Where applicable, prices displayed to UK consumers include VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
Delivery charges and other applicable costs will be shown before you submit your order.
We may discontinue or modify products or services at any time.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Products identified as Creality products on this Site are genuine Creality-branded products sold through our retail channels.
Certain products may only be available online or may be subject to limited availability.
We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, images, specifications and dimensions accurately. Actual appearance may vary depending on displays, lighting or manufacturing updates.
We may limit quantities or sales where reasonably necessary because of stock availability, fraud prevention, shipping restrictions or legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory rights available to consumers under applicable UK law.
SECTION 6 - ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase products from Comgrow 3D Technology Co., Limited.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an automated confirmation.
Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted.
A binding sales contract is normally formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods.
We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
a product is unavailable;
-
payment cannot be authorised;
-
an obvious pricing or product information error has occurred;
-
shipping restrictions prevent fulfilment;
-
we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
-
we are legally unable to fulfil the order.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
SECTION 7 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide accurate and current information when placing an order.
This may include your:
-
name;
-
billing address;
-
shipping address;
-
email address;
-
telephone number; and
-
payment information.
You are responsible for checking that your information is correct before submitting an order.
We may contact you if additional information is required to process payment, delivery or customer service.
SECTION 8 - DELIVERY
Products are delivered to eligible addresses within the areas supported by this Site.
Delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable charges will be displayed during checkout or in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
Orders may be dispatched from different warehouses depending on stock availability and fulfilment requirements.
Unless expressly offered during checkout, customers cannot select the warehouse from which an order will be dispatched.
If delivery is materially delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team.
SECTION 9 - CANCELLATION, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Consumers purchasing goods online normally have the right to cancel eligible purchases without giving a reason.
For most goods, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods.
After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Certain statutory exceptions may apply.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK law.
Where required, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order will also be refunded.
Additional costs arising from selecting a more expensive delivery method may not be refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.
Separate rights apply where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
Please refer to our Warranty and Return Policy for further information.
SECTION 10 - WARRANTY AND STATUTORY RIGHTS
Products may be covered by commercial or manufacturer warranty arrangements.
These warranties are separate from your statutory consumer rights.
Your statutory rights relating to products purchased from this Site remain against the seller, Comgrow 3D Technology Co., Limited, where applicable.
Nothing in a commercial or manufacturer warranty limits your statutory rights.
Please review our Warranty and Return Policy for further details.
SECTION 11 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND SERVICES
We may provide access to tools, applications, payment systems or services supplied by third parties.
These services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for services outside our reasonable control.
SECTION 12 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site may contain links to third-party websites.
These links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily indicate endorsement.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, products, privacy practices or services outside our control.
You should review the terms and policies of third-party websites before providing personal information or entering into transactions.
SECTION 13 - USER REVIEWS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you submit reviews, photographs, videos, suggestions, comments or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content.
You must not submit content that:
-
infringes intellectual property rights;
-
violates privacy rights;
-
is unlawful or defamatory;
-
contains malicious code;
-
contains deliberately false information; or
-
impersonates another person.
Where you provide content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to use and display that content for legitimate business and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law.
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary.
SECTION 14 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our collection and processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy for information about how personal data is collected, used, stored, shared and protected.

You must not use the Site:
-

-

-
to harass or harm others;
-
to submit deliberately misleading information;
-

-
to unlawfully collect personal information;
-
to interfere with Site security;
-
to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts; or
-
to place an unreasonable burden on the Site through automated activity.
We may suspend access where these restrictions are materially breached.
SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to:
-
exclude statutory consumer rights;
-
exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded;
-
exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
-
exclude any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Comgrow 3D Technology Co., Limited will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Nothing in this section limits rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet statutory requirements.
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, users acting for business purposes or materially breaching these Terms agree to indemnify Comgrow 3D Technology Co., Limited and its relevant affiliates, employees and service providers against reasonable losses arising directly from unlawful use of the Site or infringement of third-party rights.
This section is not intended to impose any unfair or unlawful obligation on consumers.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY AND TERMINATION
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
You may stop using the Site at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where a user materially breaches these Terms, engages in unlawful activity or creates a significant security or fraud risk.
Termination does not affect rights or liabilities arising before termination.
SECTION 20 - GOVERNING LAW AND CONTACT INFORMATION
