The Creality CR-Scan Otter is a small-to-mid-scale NIR (near-infrared) scanner that can both run and swim; a poetic nod to the scanner’s increased versatility. The handheld scanner is equipped with four lenses that can scan in 24-bit color with high detail. It has a wide range, with the ability to capture objects as small as 10mm up to 2000mm. It has an anti-shaking feature for smooth scanning and reportedly can capture black and metal objects without the need for a spray coating. The Otter also offers some hand-holding quality-of-life improvements, including color LED lighting to indicate tracking and distance quality from the scanned object and physical buttons for direct control of operations.

Like most scanners, there will always be some modifications you will have to do to the mesh structures to make it complete.

Awesome piece of equipment. Works awesome,even connected to my cheap boost mobile phone. Works a lot better on my laptop though. Still able to get amazing results either way just have to process bigger things on the laptop but is very easy to transfer from phone.
