The Creality K2 made an excellent first impression. Delivery was prompt, and setup was straightforward, with the printer operational within 30 minutes. Initial test prints demonstrated good potential.
However, an issue soon arose with the bed temperature overshooting, resulting in extended delays while the machine cools to the target temperature before printing can begin. This significantly impacts efficiency and ease of use.
While the hardware itself appears capable, the after-sales support has so far been less satisfactory. I will reserve final judgment until I see how effectively customer service resolves the matter, but at this stage I cannot confidently recommend the product.
